Code of Conduct
Social dancing only works when everyone on the floor feels safe. By attending La Luna Festival you agree to the following — no exceptions, no matter who you are or how well you dance.
Consent, always
- Ask before you dance; accept a "no thanks" gracefully. Nobody owes anyone a dance.
- Dance to your partner's level and comfort — dips, tricks, and close holds need clear mutual agreement.
- Anyone may end a dance at any point, mid-song, without explanation.
Respect the person in front of you
- No harassment of any kind — verbal, physical, or persistent unwanted attention. On or off the floor.
- Respect personal space in workshops, at socials, and at the hotel.
- Photography and video of other attendees requires their okay; the festival's own photographers wear visible badges.
Take care of the floor
- Mind your floorcraft — protect your partner and the couples around you.
- Good hygiene is part of the dress code. Bring spare shirts; everyone will thank you.
- If you're too intoxicated to dance safely, the safety team will ask you to sit out.
If something happens
Find any crew member — recognisable by badge — or write to lalunafestival@casaluna.se. Reports are handled discreetly and taken seriously. Violations can mean removal from the festival without refund, and being barred from future Casa Luna events.
This applies to every attendee, artist, DJ, volunteer, and organizer — the rules are the same for headliners as for first-timers.
